As I warned (later on in this presentation) sometimes these services just disappear. Chatzy disappeared something like a week ago (it might be a little longer) and there is no sign that they are coming back up. I don't know of any really similar service, where you can set up a chat room on the fly, but I'll look into it. Please let me know if you find anything!
Chatzy seems to be having problems with its webhosting company, according to a message on its main page today. They haven't actually disappeared, just having some severe difficulties. The service really does seem to be unique, so I hope they do get up and running. If you need something now, or want a similar service with more features, check out Vyew (ORT review here).
